6 years of coaching taught me this about success

Hi Reader,

If there is one thing I’ve learned from my 6 years as an Embodiment Coach, it’s that momentum and success tend to feel a little elusive.

When things are working, they are really working and we often don’t have the first idea how we got there.

And when things aren’t working, we just seem to feel more stuck, no matter what we may try to do in order to change our circumstances.

And so what do we do? We try harder, exhaust ourselves, and beat ourselves up for not doing enough, all at the same time.

And we start to become convinced that the big dream or goal that we’ve been holding for our lives is simply not possible.

Rather than figure out how to hold space for our dreams to grow, without pressure, we end up settling.

This means trying to make ourselves smaller and going through the motions, rather than reconnecting ourselves to what really matters.

So what is it that matters exactly for creating momentum in your life and your career?

One word.

Love.

And to be even more specific self-love and compassion.

Most of us weren’t trained to motivate ourselves with positivity and love, which is why I’m leading a 3 Day Embodiment Intensive, Creative Momentum: Motivated by Love at the end of September, to help you recognize the patterns that have been keeping you stuck.

Here’s what you’ll do over the course of our 3 Days together:

✨ Reframe your relationship with resistance so you can feel worthy of love, success and abundance right now.

✨ Experience how somatic healing can help you release old thoughts, patterns, emotions, and energies that have been keeping you stuck in a loop of procrastination and self-sabotage.

✨ Begin manifesting a new relationship with your desires and make room for them to actually flow towards you.

Have I mentioned that it’s totally free?

Much love,
Natalie

Well, Reader, I did it! The Spark officially premiered on Saturday October 10th in the 10pm block. The fact that it was 10-10 at 10 is not lost on me. (If you aren’t familiar with numerology, that’s simultaneous a bunch of ‘1’s, which symbolize new beginnings, ‘111’, an angel number, and a ‘3’, when you add the ones, which is all about creativity. ) This moment was divinely guided every step of the way. I wasn’t as ready for my premiere as I thought - turns out that talking about my former...

Hi Reader! This Sunday as my family was wrapping up our weekly Zoom call, my Dad asked me about the “rejection” I received that I had referred to on my social media. So I went on to tell him that I got my first film festival rejection … and while it wasn’t completely a surprise, it did hit me a lot harder than I thought. It actually took me a good 3-4 days to fully process the sadness. If you are curious about my process, you can read more about it on Substack here. After I shared this, I...
